Privacy policy, cookies and legal notice

1. Legal notice — details of the service provider

Under Section 4 of Hungarian Act CVIII of 2001 on electronic commerce services, the details of the service provider are:

2. Privacy policy

This notice is addressed to visitors of the ai-soft.hu website and to people who fill in the contact form. Data processing takes place under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on informational self-determination and freedom of information.

2.1. The controller

Controller: the operator of AI-Soft ([COMPANY NAME]). Contact for data protection matters: info@ai-soft.hu. The provider is not required to appoint a data protection officer, and therefore none has been appointed.

2.2. Contact through the form or by e-mail

Data processed	Name, e-mail address and — optionally — company name, phone number, the subject of the enquiry and the text of the message. As technical data: the time of submission, the IP address and the browser identifier (in order to prevent abuse).
Purpose of processing	Answering the enquiry, providing a quote, preparing a contract, and preventing abuse of the form (automated submissions, unsolicited messages).
Legal basis	The consent of the data subject [GDPR Article 6(1)(a)], given via the checkbox before sending the form; steps taken prior to entering into a contract [Article 6(1)(b)]; and, as regards the prevention of abuse, the legitimate interest of the controller [Article 6(1)(f)].
Duration of processing	At most 2 years from the enquiry, or until consent is withdrawn. If a contract is concluded, the contractual and accounting retention period applies to the related data (8 years under Section 169 of Hungarian Act C of 2000 on accounting). Technical data (IP address) is kept for at most 1 year.
Data transfers	The controller does not pass the form data on to third parties for marketing purposes and does not sell it. The message arrives via mail delivery running on the provider's hosting.

2.3. Processors

The controller uses the following processors:

2.4. Server logs

For the operation and security of the website, the hosting provider's system may log technical data about visits (IP address, time, file requested, browser type). The legal basis for this is the legitimate interest of the controller and the provider [GDPR Article 6(1)(f)] in operating the system securely.

2.5. Rights of the data subject

Right to information and access — you may ask what data of yours we process.
Right to rectification — you may request that inaccurate data be corrected.
Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) — except where retention is required by law.
Right to restriction of processing.
Right to data portability — in a structured, machine-readable format.
Right to object — against processing based on legitimate interest.
Right to withdraw consent — at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

You can submit your request to info@ai-soft.hu . We answer requests within 30 days at the latest.

2.6. Remedies

You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information:

If your rights are infringed you may also go to court; proceedings may be brought before the regional court of your place of residence as well.

2.7. Data security

The controller receives the data over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and takes the technical and organisational measures that can reasonably be expected against unauthorised access, alteration, transfer, disclosure, deletion or destruction.

3. Cookie and storage information

The website uses as little storage as possible. Cookies for measurement or advertising are only placed with your prior consent. The following entries may be created in your browser's local storage — they are never sent to the server:

The legal basis for strictly necessary storage is the exemption under Section 155(4) of Hungarian Act C of 2003 on electronic communications, and the legitimate interest of the controller. The legal basis for storage for statistical purposes is solely your consent [GDPR Article 6(1)(a)].

You can change your decision at any time with the Cookie settings button in the footer, or delete the stored data in your browser settings.

The texts, illustrations, interface elements and works shown on this website are protected by copyright. Earlier works shown here may be the property of the clients; they are displayed for reference. The illustrative photos on the site come from a royalty-free photo library and do not depict clients of the controller. The screenshots of product interfaces contain demonstration (not real) data.

The controller reserves the right to amend this notice. The version in force at any given time is available on this page.
