Automation · Custom software · On-premise AI

The AI does the work. But the people you talk to are people.

We build automation, custom software and AI systems for small and medium-sized companies — for on-premise and cloud models alike. We don't just design the on-premise model: we install it and build a system around it, so that not a single document leaves your company. Describe the task that comes back every week: we will look at whether it can be solved, and tell you what it costs.

You won't be writing to a chatbot. You'll be writing to us.

For us, AI is a tool, not a customer service desk. When you write to us, a person reads it and a person answers. The AI takes on the monotonous, time-consuming work that used to be done by hand at your company.

  • A person answers. Your enquiries and the meetings are handled by us, not by an assistant bot.
  • The AI does the work. Data entry, summarising, classification, reporting — whatever a machine can do, a machine does.
  • The responsibility stays with us. We don't hand design, decisions or bug fixing over to the model.

Services

We don't sell technology. We sell a task that's been solved.

At most companies the question isn't whether they need AI, but why four hours a week disappear into copying data around. These are the things we can do something about:

Process automation

Quote requests, invoicing, reports, e-mail, CRM, spreadsheets. What used to be manual copying and remembering now runs by itself — and leaves a trace.

  • n8n
  • API integrations
  • Scheduled workflows

AI system with an on-premise model

If the data is sensitive, there's no need to send it anywhere. The model goes onto your server or a dedicated machine — documents, quotes and customer data stay inside the company.

  • Document processing
  • Internal search
  • Closed network

Websites and web systems

Company site, customer portal, internal interface. Fast, searchable, maintainable — and AI helps with filling in the content and with translating it.

  • Company site
  • Customer portal
  • Web shop integration

Custom software for every platform

Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and Raspberry Pi. Kiosk, measurement collector, display controller, internal admin tool — custom doesn't have to mean unaffordable.

  • Desktop
  • Mobile
  • Embedded

UI and UX design

With us, design is the beginning of a project, not the end of it. A system isn't good because it works; it's good because your colleagues actually use it instead of working around it.

  • Interface design
  • Brand identity
  • Usability

Integration and operation

Connecting existing systems, taking over half-finished development, long-term support. We don't disappear after handover — that's the basis of this profession.

  • System integration
  • Takeover
  • Support

AI models

On-premise model or online AI? We build for both.

This decision determines where your data ends up, what the system costs and what it will be capable of. It's worth seeing the difference clearly — and we help with that too.

Runs on site

On-premise AI model

The language model runs on your own machine, server or NAS. There's no external provider and no document sent to the internet.

  • The data never leaves your network. For contracts, payroll documents, customer data or production drawings this is often not a matter of comfort but a requirement.
  • No monthly token fee. The cost is the hardware and the development; after that, using it doesn't cost extra.
  • It works without internet. Usable in a plant, on a closed network or at a remote site.
  • The hardware sets the limit. Today's smaller models are more than enough for most office tasks — and we check that on your own material in advance.
Runs in the cloud

Online AI model

The task is handled by an external provider's model, over the internet. This is how most of the well-known AI services work.

  • The most capable models. For complex comprehension, translation and creative work these are the best today.
  • No hardware cost. It can go live within days, with a low barrier to entry.
  • The data goes out to the provider. So with sensitive documents you have to think through what may be sent and what may not.
  • Usage-based pricing. The cost grows with the volume, and the provider's terms can change.
Often the right answer is a mix of the two: confidential material stays on site, while a cloud model works on public content. We build both — and it runs on whatever you need it to run on:
  • Windows
  • macOS
  • Linux
  • Android
  • Raspberry Pi
  • Web interface

How we work

Four steps, no surprises

You don't have to know in advance what you want. It's enough to know what's bothering you.

A conversation

Free of charge, and it lasts as long as it needs to. You tell us what the task is or where you're stuck. If we can't help, we'll say so — and if we can recommend someone else, we'll say that too.

Plan and price

You get a written proposal: what will be built, how long it takes, what it costs. Not an hourly guess, but a committed budget.

Development in stages

Not months of silence. We work in short stages, and at the end of every stage there's something you can try out.

Handover and support

Training, documentation, source code. We're available afterwards as well — for support write to support@ai-soft.hu.

Examples

What does this look like in practice?

Four of our own examples out of many — drag them sideways. There's a working system behind each one, and each shows something we could build for you as well.

An office web application with an on-premise model

A contract and invoice register that runs on the company's own hosting. The processing is done by a model running on site as well: it reads out the expiry dates and flags the risks — and the document goes nowhere. We built this one under the name Doc.Sheet.

  • No online AI
  • Own hosting or NAS
  • Logged access
A video wall where several screens together show one continuous image

Complex software for every operating system

Display management with a web interface and player apps for Android, Windows, macOS and Raspberry Pi. Even fifty screens can be driven from one place, in sync, or split across a single shared image. We built this one under the name Cliora.

  • Android
  • Windows
  • macOS
  • Raspberry Pi

Customer portal with a ticket system

A closed portal where every report becomes its own case, and the customer and the service team talk in the same thread — instead of hunting through e-mails. You can sign in with a password or by scanning the QR sticker on the device. Accounts are created by invitation, not by public sign-up. This one is the customer portal of kapcsolva.hu.

  • Ticket system
  • Two-way communication
  • QR sign-in
  • Invitation-only accounts

Interface designs of a dark-themed desktop application
Brand system with colour palettes and web interfaces
Mobile app interface on a phone
Interface of 3D design software on a laptop
Logo and brand design with construction drawing

Graphics, UI and UX

Brand identity, interface design, campaigns, product visualisation. We can present anything so that it's comfortable to use and looks good as well — and that decides whether your colleagues will really use the system or work around it.

  • Brand identity
  • Interface design
  • Usability

About us

A team that picks up the phone.

No three weeks before someone gets back to you, and no account manager passing the question on. The people you talk to are the people working on the project.

At AI-Soft, designers and developers work side by side: web systems, custom software, automation and interface design. Our own products grew out of that too — out of the real problems of real companies, not out of market research.

We work best with small and medium-sized companies, because that's where the result shows soonest: a good piece of automation gives back several hours a week, and you feel it by the second week.

Frequently asked questions

What people usually ask first

How much does a project like this cost?
A smaller piece of automation is typically a few days' work; a custom system is measured in weeks. After the first conversation you get a written quote with a fixed budget, so the final sum doesn't come as a surprise. If the task isn't worth developing, we'll say so — sometimes a properly configured existing tool is the cheaper answer.
What's the difference between an on-premise and an online AI model?
The on-premise model runs on your own machine, so the document never leaves the network and there is no usage-based fee. The online model works on an external provider's server: more capable and quicker to launch, but the data leaves the company and the cost grows with the volume. We develop for both and often recommend a mix of the two — we've written up the details in the AI models section.
Will I be corresponding with an AI if I write to you?
No. A person answers your enquiry, and it's us on the other side of the table at meetings too. The AI helps with the work — data entry, summarising, reporting — not with the customer relationship.
Is our company too small for this?
Most likely not. The effect is most visible at smaller companies, because there one person does five different jobs. If there are a few hours a week of manual data copying, invoice entry or quote writing, it's already worth looking for a solution.
What if somebody else takes it over later?
You get the source code and the documentation, and the system runs on your own infrastructure. We don't build solutions that can only be operated through us — that's security for you and fair business for us.
We have an existing system we don't want to replace.
You don't have to. Most tasks can be solved alongside your current invoicing, CRM or spreadsheet system, through integration. The goal isn't replacement — it's getting your existing tools to finally talk to each other.
How long before something is up and running?
We answer enquiries within one working day. A shorter piece of automation can typically go live within one or two weeks; with a larger custom system the first version you can try out is usually ready within a few weeks.
